Ingredients

400g Diced ham trim
300g Black Bean Sauce
200g Ketjap Bentang
50g Sambal Oelek (chilli paste)
200g Udon noodles
100g Carrots (halved and sliced)
100g Mushroom (sliced)
100g Peppers (sliced)
100g Bamboo shoots (tinned)
100g Onions (sliced)
Spring onions (sliced)

Method

Combine all the ingredients together and finish with a sprinkle of spring onions.
