Ingredients
1 kg Fresh mussels
125 g Dry chorizo sausage
3 Large tomatoes
2 Spring onions
300 g Spaghetti
1 Sachet of Mix for Mussels
1 Tbsp Parsley
200 ml Warm water
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Method
Rinse the fresh mussels well in plenty of cold water. Discard any broken or open mussels.
Cut the chorizo sausage into half slices, the tomatoes into cubes and the spring onions into small rings.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package
Meanwhile heat a wok pan. Add the chorizo sausage and fry it for about 3 minutes. Add the cleaned fresh mussels and wok them for about 4 to 5 minutes until they are all open.
Add the diced tomatoes, 200 ml warm water and Mix for Mussels. Let it simmer briefly.
Divide the spaghetti between the plates. Divide the stir-fried mussels, chorizo and tomato sauce over the spaghetti. Garnish with the spring onion and the Parsley.
