Ingredients
10 Pitta breads
1 kg Wild boar shoulder
100 g Cabbage
100 g Carrot
100 g Cucumber
100 g Turkish yoghurt
10 g Salt
10 g Verstegen Middle East – Lahtor
30 g Verstegen Middle East – Yedi baharat
Method
Mix the salt with the Verstegen Middle East – Yedi Baharat and marinate the boar with this.
Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Cook for 7-8 hours at 80-85 degrees on the BBQ or oven.
Mix the yogurt with Verstegen Middle East – Lahtor.
Make the salad with the carrot cucumber and cabbage and mix it with the yogurt mixture.
Bake the pitta and pull the meat.
Divide the ingredients between the pitta bread.
