250g Fresh Peach (slices)
75g World Grill African Sunshine
Spicemix del Mondo Kaapse Kruiden

Method

Marinate the pork fillet in the World Grill African Sunshine and thread onto a skewer with a peach slice in between each piece of meat.

Finish with the Spicemix del Mondo Kaapse Kruiden to taste.
