Ingredients
6 Scotch pie bases
6 Puff pastry lattice rectangles
125g Chicken fillet (thinly sliced)
125g Turkey fillet (thinly sliced)
125g Duck breast (thinly sliced)
6 Rashers streak bacon
Spice Mix for Steak
Sauce for Hashed Meat
Sliceable Stilton Sauce
Christmas stuffing mix, premade (optional dried cranberries/chestnuts)
World Grill Sea salt and Lampong Pepper
Decoration Blend France
Pink Pepper Berries
Method
Add a tablespoon of Sauce for Hashed Meat to each pie case and then add a thin layer of stuffing. Season the thin slices of meat with the Spice Mix for Steak and start to layer up the pie starting with the chicken, thin slices of Sliceable Stilton Sauce, duck, turkey and rasher of bacon on top.
Open the pastry lattice and place on top of the pie, glaze with the World Grill Sea salt and Lampong Pepper and garnish with the Decoration Blend France and Pink Pepper Berries.
