15 g Verstegen Satay spices
Satay Sauce
Verstegen Seroendeng
Skewers
Crunchy salad
Leeks
Bean sprouts
Beetroot
Peppers
White cabbage
Verstegen Sesame Seeds

Corn oil
Sesame oil (optional)
Lime juice
Method
First, mix the chicken thigh meat with the Satay spices
Make skewers with 3 to 5 pieces
Bbq or pan fry until cooked through.
Combine all of the ingredients together for the crunchy salad.
Serve with Seroendeng, Satay Sauce.
