Butterfly the chicken fillets and brush with World Grill Cielo Rosso PURE.
Top with a slice of mozzarella and a  selection of vegetables.
Finish with a grind of Spicemix Del Mondo La Spezia PURE.

Oven Cook at 180°c for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Works well also using Italian Tomato & Herb Sauce PURE as a base.
