My order was well packed, but unfortunately 2 out of 4 Hollandaise Sauces were damaged. I contacted Verstengen that day & they were in touch the next day to see if I wanted a refund or replacements. I decided to go for the replacements & I received them next day with nothing damaged.
So would recommend them to anyone.
Also could the bubble rap be replaced with something else that would compost down? You can only do so much with bubble rap!!
