Stilton Sauce

I have never done this before but feel so pleased with your product that I had to let you know.  My late husband was a chef by trade & he made fantastic sauces which along with missing him I have also missed.  So I took a chance & bought the Stilton sauce from my local butchers.  I served with a chicken breast & it was fantastic! I noticed on the packaging that you wanted to know what we thought so well done to you all!
