Method

Make the lamb burger meat with the Verstegen Mint & Rosemary Burger Mix.

Form the lamb burger meat into small koftas and dust with Verstegen Medina Spice Mix.

Lay on a bed of Verstegen Lemon Coriander Sauce, drizzle with Verstegen Yogurt & Garlic Sauce & finish with more Verstegen Medina Spice Mix.

 

Oven cook 180°c 10-15 minutes.
