Method

First place a bed of the Verstegen Lemon Coriander Sauce into the base of a baguette foil and scatter some thin cut peppers and red onion on top.

Make small beef patties approximately 30 grams each and coat in Verstegen World Grill Indian Mystery.

Place 6 of the mini patties on top of the Verstegen Lemon Coriander Sauce and vegetables then garnish with lemon peel.

 

Cook at 180°c for 20/25 minutes, ensure food is piping hot before serving.
