Method
Chop all the vegetables into similar sized pieces. Leave the cherry tomatoes whole.
Blend the Provencal Herb Mix Pure with the Binding DS Pure and season the vegetables.
Add the Italian Herb and Tomato Sauce Pure and mix thoroughly.
Fill the vacuum cooking bag with the ratatouille.
Vacuum seal and cook for 30 minutes at 85°c in the steamer or water bath.
Cool down rapidly.
