Method
Add the duck legs and Marinade Chinese Plum to a vacuum cooking bag, seal and marinate overnight.
Cook in the Rational using the pulled pork preset. Chill down immediately after cooking.
Remove from bag and dry.
Coat with Pineapple & Chilli Sauce and garnish with fresh pineapple and chillies.
