Method

Make the sausage mix together by mixing the sausage meat, Sambal Oelek and chopped up kidney beans.

Make tapas size meatballs with the sausage meat mixture roughly 30-40g balls.

On a tapas tray spoon on Chilli Con Carne Sauce on to the base of the tray and then place the meatballs on top in a straight line.

Using a bottle pour on the Gratin Sauce in between each meatball.

Mix grated cheese with Mexican Madness World Grill and then place the Cheese on top of the meatballs.

Sprinkle Decoartion Blend Espagnol to garnish.
