Method
Mix the turkey with the Verstegen Hamburger Mix Pure.
Make a truffle using a chefs ring.
Dip the top of the truffle in to the Verstegen Decoration France.
Wrap 1 slice of streaky bacon round the outside of the truffle.
Put the cranberry sauce in the centre of the truffle.
Place the pig in blanket and stuffing into the truffle.
Brush the outside of the truffle with Verstegen World Grill Sea Salt and Lampong Pepper.
Decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 160 degrees.
