Method

Make your burger meat to the recipe using the minced beef and the Verstegen Burger Mix Complete.

Portion the burger meat into desired weight, these are 160g each.

Cut the Verstegen Sliceable Stilton Sauce into 25/30g portions and form the beef burger mix around the sliceable sauce ensuring to keep the shape that we desire.

Melt down the remaining stilton sliceable and add to a bottle then squeeze over the stuffed beef burgers to replicate the look of a Christmas pudding.

Garnish with the Verstegen Lampong Pepper and Whole Pink Pepper Berries and a sprig of rosemary, chill for up to 30 minutes to set then serve.
