Ingredients
12 Taco shells
500 g Ground beef
200 g Sliced iceberg lettuce
250 g Cherry tomatoes
1 Orange pepper
1 Can of corn 150 g
100 g Grated cheese
1 Onion
1 Bag of Mix for Minced Meat – Paprika
Guilt Free Salsa Tex-Mex, to taste
25 g Butter
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and the orange pepper into small cubes. Drain the corn. Finely chop the onion.
Heat the butter in the pan and fry the onion. Add the beef with the Mix for Minced Meat – Paprika and continue cooking.
Meanwhile, heat the tacos.
Fill the heated tacos with the iceberg lettuce, minced beef, cherry tomatoes, pepper, corn and grated cheese. Garnish with Salsa Tex Mex to taste and serve immediately.
