Ingredients
20 g Chives
1 Shallot
1 Diced tomato
1 Wrap
160 g – Crayfish
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
Frisee (for garnish)
Borage cress (for garnish)
Spice Oil – Green Herbs
Method
Finely chop the chives and shallot, and combine with the diced tomato.
Brush the wrap with Spice Oil Green Herbs Garlic and bake crispy in the oven (160 degrees – 5 min).
Mix the shallot, chives and mayonnaise with the crayfish.
Mix with Fresh Spice Oil – Green Herbs Garlic and spoon through the crayfish salad.
Garnish the crayfish salad with the wrap, frisee, cress and the rest of the mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with Spicemix del Mondo – Mediterranean.
