Method

  1. Trim and Prepare the Tenderloin as desired.
  2. Cut a pocket inside of the Tenderloin, and stuff with slices of brie.
  3. Secure the Tenderloin with toothpicks.
  4. Mix the Batter and Shake with the water inside of the shaker bottle.
  5. Batter the Tenderloin with the mixture.
  6. Roll in the Crispy Breading.
