Preparation
For 4 people / approx. 800 g vegetables:
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Cut the courgette into cubes of about 3 cm and cut the peppers in eight. Mix the contents of this sachet with the oil in a large bowl. Add the vegetables and mix well so that the mixture is evenly distributed over all the vegetables. Spread the vegetables on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
