Preparation
Mix 20g of the mix (= approximately 2 tablespoons) with 1kg of chicken fillet or pork, if necessary add some soy sauce and let it marinade for about 30 minutes. Roast the meat on the BBQ or in the frying pan for 12 to 17 minutes until nicely browned and cooked.
