Ingredients

Pork tenderloin, trimmed
Slices of mozzarella
Smoked bacon, finely chopped
Verstegen World Grill Mediterranean
Chopped pistachio kernels
Cooked ham

Method

Lay the bacon slices out to create a crosshatch effect.
Cut the pork tenderloin lengthwise but not completely through.
Lay open over the bacon.
Brush the top with the World Grill Mediterrané.
Sprinkle with the chopped pistachio kernels.
Cover with the mozzarella and ham.
Roll the pork tenderloin in the bacon and tie to secure.
